Cuvent International has recently installed a comprehensive Mechanical Smoke Ventilation System at We Buy Cars, Gosforth Park, Gauteng.
WeBuyCars is SA’s No. 1 Car Buying Service. From humble beginnings, second-hand car dealer WeBuyCars today sells 8,000 vehicles a month, has eight warehouses across SA and employs 1,200 people.
Curvent International is proud to be associated with this well-known company. The objective of this installation was to focus on a mechanical natural and smoke ventilation system.

The scope of work for this warehouse:
Twelve (12) Smoke- & Natural extraction fans complete with electro-mechanical Fire-X vertical discharge louvres. Controlled by a multi-zone control panel and a touch screen mimic panel with fan boost options and carbon monoxide readings.
Seven (7) electro-mechanical louvred smoke ventilators for low level return make-up air.
Seven Hundred and Eighty One (781) square meters of Smoke baffles to divide the building into Eight (8) smoke zones.
