Scope of work:
Twenty One (21) Curvent Fire-X Vertical electro-mechanical wall mounted louvred ventilators to accommodate the steel structure of the building.
Twelve (12) roof mounted Fire-X1620B8-EN electro-mechanical roof mounted roof ventilators.
In case of an emergency, a fire signal will activate the Curvent louvred ventilators to automatically open to release hot gasses and smoke to create a clear smoke layer for escaping purposes.
Controlled by Smoke Control panels (24V Single Phase) complete with 72-hour battery back up in case of power failure.
